Warranty & Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Warranty

Dirty Powersports builds parts that are meant to last — and we stand behind them.

All Dirty Powersports products are backed by a 3-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers failures in lighting and electronics, including:

  • Lights that stop working
  • Internal LED or component failure
  • Water intrusion that causes the light to fail

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (cracked, bent, or broken housings)
  • Cut, shaved, or damaged wiring or harnesses
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Lights that still function properly (even if water is present)

Notes

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

Replacement Parts

If you purchased your kit secondhand or are outside of warranty, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a full replacement parts catalog, so you’ll never be stuck without a way to repair your setup.

Returns

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be new and uninstalled
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return authorization must be obtained before shipping the item back

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Restocking Fee & Shipping

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • A valid tracking number must be provided once the return has been shipped

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items showing signs of installation, use, or wear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
